Welcome to GyanBook Learning App. These Terms & Conditions define the guidelines, rules, and policies that ensure a smooth learning experience for every student. By enrolling in any course, you agree to follow the terms mentioned below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Gyanbook Learning App (“the App”) or the website https://gyanbookapp.in, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the App and Website. All content and materials on this platform are protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Gyanbook Learning App reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of any revised Terms.

2. License for Educational Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to temporarily download and use materials provided on the Gyanbook Learning App and its website for personal, educational, and non-commercial purposes only.

Under this license, you shall not:

  • Modify, duplicate, or redistribute the materials;
  • Use materials for commercial or public display purposes;
  • Reverse engineer any part of the software or platform;
  • Remove copyright notices or proprietary markings; or
  • Transfer materials to another server or individual.
  • Violation of these restrictions will result in immediate termination of this license. Upon termination, you must destroy all downloaded materials in any form.

3. Disclaimer of Materials

All materials provided on the Gyanbook Learning App platform are offered “as is” without warranties, express or implied. The App makes no representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the materials or any linked content.

4. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Gyanbook Learning App, its affiliates, or suppliers be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the materials on the App or Website.

Certain jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties; in such cases, these limitations may not apply to you.

5. Revisions and Errors

The materials on the Gyanbook Learning App may contain typographical or technical errors. The App does not guarantee that any content is accurate or current and may make changes to such materials at any time without notice.

6. External Links

Gyanbook Learning App is not responsible for the content of any external websites linked to our platform. The presence of a link does not imply endorsement, and users access such links at their own risk.

7. Modification of Terms

Gyanbook Learning App reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the App indicates acceptance of the updated version.

8. Governing Law

All claims or disputes arising from these Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Copyright and DMCA Compliance

All content on Gyanbook Learning App is for educational purposes only.
We do not host or provide software files.

Software usage is the sole responsibility of the user. We strongly recommend using official, licensed software. Unauthorized software usage may constitute a criminal act under applicable laws.

10. Refund and Cancellation Policy

No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our courses, all sales are final. Once enrolled, access is provided immediately, and no refunds are applicable. read our refund policy

Cancellations & Transfers

Discounts are non-transferable. Transfers between seminars or courses will incur administrative fees and must comply with our refund policy guidelines.

11. Premium Support and Help Centre Policy 

For All-in-One 2D Animation Course, students are entitled to three types of support
1️⃣ Chat Support, 2️⃣ Call Support, and 3️⃣ AnyDesk Support — provided under the Gyanbook Premium Support System.

Step 1 – Chat Support (First Point of Contact):
Students must first contact our support team via the in-app chat option or WhatsApp support.
Most issues and doubts are resolved directly through chat assistance.

Step 2 – Call Support (If Required):
If the issue cannot be resolved through chat, our support team will schedule a call to understand and resolve the problem.

  • Calls are initiated by the support team only.
  • Unscheduled or repeated calls from the student’s side are not permitted.
  • If a student repeatedly calls the support number or WhatsApp without prior approval, call and chat support may be suspended.

Step 3 – AnyDesk Support (Final Step):
If the issue remains unresolved even after the call, remote assistance will be provided through AnyDesk by our technical support team.

  • AnyDesk sessions are conducted basic classes, dashboard setup, and error correction.
  • A maximum of three (3) per month AnyDesk sessions are allowed per student for this course.
  • Each session is limited to a maximum duration of 5 minutes.
  • If the student’s internet connection fails during the session, the time will still be counted as a used session.

For All Other Courses:

  • Only WhatsApp chat support will be available.
  • Call or Anydesk support will not be provided for these courses.
  • All other course-related issues, guidance, or technical help will be handled only through WhatsApp chat during support hours.

Support Availability & Response Time

Our support team is always ready to assist you with course, login, or technical issues during working hours.

  • Support Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (+5:30IST)
  • Average Response Time: 4 hours
  • Maximum Delay (in rare cases): up to 24 hours due to technical issues, holidays, or maintenance activities.

Repeated or irrelevant queries (e.g., asking the same question multiple times) may result in a temporary 48-hour chat restriction.

Behavioral Policy & Violations

To ensure a professional learning environment, students are expected to maintain respectful communication at all times.

  • Strike 1: Misbehavior or use of offensive language — permanent deactivation of chat support.
  • Strike 2: Repeated violations, threats, or harassment — removal from the course, account termination, and permanent deactivation of WhatsApp and call support.

Legal action may be taken against individuals attempting to defame or harass Gyanbook Learning App or its team members.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms or support policies. Suspended users will lose access to all enrolled courses without refund.

13. EMI Payment Policy

Students purchasing courses via EMI (Installment) must adhere to the scheduled payment terms. Discounts or offers announced later do not apply to ongoing EMI plans.

Failure to complete payments within 7 days of the due date will result in course removal without refund. Coupon-based EMI enrollments require full payment per the displayed EMI plan.

14. Installment Terms

All installment payments must be made through the Gyanbook Learning App. Interest billed during installment transactions is non-refundable. Delay or non-payment beyond 7 days will result in course deactivation without refund.

15. Software and Tools Policy

Courses are provided for educational purposes only.
Gyanbook Learning App does not provide, host, or distribute software or tools. Students are responsible for obtaining legal, trial, or licensed versions of software.

16. Financial and Damage Disclaimer

Gyanbook Learning App provides educational courses only. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results. Students are advised not to purchase courses through loans or debt.

We are not responsible for any:

  • Financial loss,
  • Device malfunction,
  • Data corruption, or
  • Software damage.

All equipment and software use is at the student’s own risk.

17. Certificate Conditions (Updated – 2024 Policy)

Starting from 1 January 2024, Gyanbook Learning App has discontinued ISO-certified (Pro Plus) certificates.
Only free digital certificates will be provided upon successful completion of the course.

Updated Certificate Policy

  • Gyanbook Course Completion Certificate (Free):
    Students will receive a digital certificate after completing their course.
    The certificate can be downloaded directly from the Gyanbook Learning App.
    It will include the student’s name, course title, and completion date.

  • Gyanbook Pro Plus Certificate (Discontinued):  Note: Starting from 2024, Gyanbook Learning App will no longer provide ISO-certified certificates upon completion of online courses. The ISO certification program has been permanently discontinued.

Certificate Application Conditions

  • Students must apply for the certificate or contact the support team (via WhatsApp or Email) before the course validity expires.
  • If the course validity period ends and the student has not applied or contacted support,
    then the certificate will not be issued after expiry under any circumstances.
  • The certificate will be issued in the same name that was entered during course registration.
  • Name changes or corrections are not allowed after certificate generation.

Minimum Course Eligibility

  • Our premium courses have a minimum duration of 3 to 6 months, depending on the course structure.
  • Students are not eligible to receive the certificate before completing the minimum course duration.
  • After successful completion of the course, students must clear the live test or submit their project portfolio to work@gyanbookapp.in , before applying for the certificate.

Certificate Misuse Policy

  • Any misuse or falsification of the certificate will lead to immediate removal from the course.
  • Certificates obtained using incorrect names, false identities, or fake IDs will be declared invalid.
  • Gyanbook Learning App reserves the right to verify and revoke certificates found to be fraudulent.

18. Course Upgrade Policy

To upgrade, students must purchase the new course at the full price. Previous enrollments, support, and certificates will be replaced.

Gyanbook Learning App reserves the right to modify course details, support terms, or validity with 7 days’ prior notice through the in-app chat system.

19. Coupon Code and Fraud Policy

Coupon codes are issued only by the Gyanbook team.
Unauthorized or fraudulent use of coupon codes will result in immediate removal from the course without refund.

To continue the course, students must make the full payment through the Profile → Payments section of the App.

20. Name Change Request

Students may request a name change on their records by emailing contact.gyanbook@gmail.com from their registered email ID, including:

  • New full name
  • Registered mobile number

Preferred name updates will only reflect in internal course communications and certificates.

21. Subscription and Chat Support Conditions

Each support plan (Basic, Standard, VIP) has specific terms outlined in the respective plan description.

Key Conditions:

  • Calls are not allowed in Basic or Standard plans.
  • AnyDesk Support: Available only in the VIP plan (maximum 3 sessions).
  • Reply times: Basic (4 hrs), Standard (2 hrs), VIP (30 mins).
  • Repeated or irrelevant messages may lead to 48-hour response restriction.
  • Call requests under the VIP plan may take up to 24 hours to schedule.
  • Helpline calls are strictly prohibited and will result in course removal.
  • Support is non-refundable and expires automatically at the end of the plan period.
  • Misbehavior or harassment towards support staff will lead to permanent suspension.

AnyDesk Support Usage:

  • Limited to software dashboard setup, troubleshooting, and basic guidance (max 5 minutes per session).
  • Network downtime during sessions is still counted as support time.
  • Gyanbook reserves full rights to revoke support access in case of policy violations.

Final Clause

By enrolling in any Gyanbook Learning App course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all the above Terms and Conditions.
