If you disagree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from accessing this site. The materials contained in this Website are protected by copyright and trade mark law. Gyanbook Digital Services has the rights to change the term and condition from any time. 

Gyanbook Digital Services reserves the right to change the course name, description, material, support and validity of the course. If the support and validity of any course is changed, then the customer / student will be informed through a message in the chat option of the Gyanbook Learning App before 7 days.

2. Use License For Education Purpose Only

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Gyanbookapp.in website & Gyanbook Learning App’s for personal and commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• modify or copy the materials;
• use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display;
• attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on Gyanbook Learning App’s Website;

10. Refunds/Cancellations

NO REFUND POLICY FOR REGISTRATIONS
Our digital courses are not refunded, as you get our full courses immediately after which the user will use our powerful files! So we have no refund policy!

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT/DISCOUNTED ENROLLMENT POLICY

Discounts associated with the original purchase are non-transferrable. Discounted enrollments are only directly transferrable to target seminars currently priced at or above the same discount as the original purchase. Targeted seminars with a lower current discount than the original purchase will need to register at the target seminar, with a discount equivalent to the difference between the original discount, and the current available discount. The administrative fee will also be assessed for such transfers. Discount prices shown online are not valid in conjunction with any other offer and are subject to tax, as applicable.

If a student/customer buys a course by mistake, then the customer / student will get 15% less money on the course purchased by mistake. 

(Including: payment gateway charges, Internet Handling Charges, GST, Server charges)

(Excluding: ₹99 processing fee)

The amount will be refunded on the payment method provided by the students within 7 days of sending the email by the students/customer’s

Please send us an email for refund by register email id and also mention students/customer full name, register mobile number in the email. You will have to inform about the course purchased by mistake within 24 hours by email, after that there will be no refund from any side. You will be refunded the net amount after deducting all the taxes, charges, and you cannot change this refund price.

Note: Refunds will be given on the courses purchased by mistake only when you upgrade the course to a higher price. so to get the refund, first buy the higher priced course.

11. Premium Support And Help Centre Conditions

Call Support Is Not Available For Students, For Discussion Or Doubt, You Can Contact Us By Chat Support Or Whatsapp Support.

Treat us right because we are giving you service, you have bought course only, you didn’t buy us! So be patient, we will help you. If you misbehave, So without any advance notice you will be permanently removed from the course and your support will be deactivated.

Warning Level Strike 1 : Policy Violations

In case of misbehavior, your Gyanbook Learning App chat support will be deactivated for lifetime.

Keep in mind this will be your first mistake and you will get email and message for support policy violation.

In particular, you must never violate our gyanbook support policy.

Strike 2: Again Policy Violations/Suspended & Account Terminations

If you misbehave again then your WhatsApp support will be deactivated for lifetime, and you will be removed from the course with immediate effect and your Gyanbook app account will also be suspended.

Please note: Forcibly asking for support or pressurizing for help, to threaten etc. by calling the helpline number! In such a situation, the student will be removed from the course with immediate effect for violating the support policy. And the money will also not be refunded.

Legal Notice: Legal action will be taken against you for defaming us or causing harm in any way.

WhatsApp Support Conditions

If the student has purchased the course, then WhatsApp support is available, which valid for 6 months from the date of purchase of the course. For help related to the course, you can talk to gyanbook support team on WhatsApp!

The gyanbook whatsApp support team has to assist a lot of students, so it can take up to 24 hours to reply or solve a problem. Student Help Timings on WhatsApp are 10:00AM to 7:00PM (Monday – Suturday). During this time you can get help by messaging.

Estimated reply time is 4 hours but sometimes for some reason it can take more than 24 hours to reply or solve the problem. (Reasons: network issue, server down, under maintenance, holidays etc)

If we think that you are wasting time by asking the same question again and again, then in that case you will be stopped replying for 48 hours.

Forcibly asking for support or pressurizing for help by calling the helpline number! In such a situation, the student will be removed from the course with immediate effect for violating the support policy. And the money will also not be refunded. 

Gyanbook Digital Services has the rights to change the term and condition from any time. 

WhatsApp Calls Terms

WhatsApp calls are not allowed, if you call again and again, your support will be deactivated and you can be blocked from WhatsApp

We want you to ask for support on WhatsApp and get the problem solved and do not violate the support policy of gyanbook learning app By (Gyanbook Digital Services)

12. Suspended & Account Terminations

If you misbehaved then action can be taken against you. We will remove you from the course and terminate your account. 

For more information about suspension policies please read term and condition section 11 Premium Support And Help Centre Policy.

13. EMI Payments Conditions

If you have purchased the course on EMI (Installment), then after that we are providing our courses on any offer or discount, then you will have to pay the fixed EMI payment! You will not get any discount on EMI payments! If you do not pay the EMI on time, then the course will be removed after 7 days and the payment made by you earlier will not be refunded. please make EMI payments on time.

By applying the coupon code, our team has given the course on EMI (Installment) to the student, so do not argue or try to get a discount! You have been added from the admin panel and in such a situation, even if the discount(coupon code) is written in the invoice, still you will have to pay the full EMI (Installment) which shows you in the payment option in the Gyanbook Learning app.

14. Installment EMI Terms And Conditions

• Contact our support team for Installment (EMI) payment and you have to make payments in our Gyanbook Learning app.
• The final Installment value will be shown in the Profile And Payments option in the Gyanbook Learning app and you will have to make the payment.
• The minimum order value to avail the Installment payment option is Rs. 1,200
• If the course price is less than Rs.1200 then the minimum Installment will be Rs.700 and if the course price is up to Rs.2000 then you have to make the first payment Rs.1000 (EMI charge will be Rs.99 extra)
• In case of any kind of refund in an Installment transaction, interest already billed in a particular transaction is not refundable under any circumstances.
• If you do not pay the Installment (EMI) on time, then the course will be removed after 7 days and the payment made by you earlier will not be refunded.

15. Software Installation Conditions

You can download and install as per your wish! Gyanbook Digital Services does not have any responsibility in this, whether the software is installed or not, the entire responsibility will be of the customer / student.

If you want to download the software, then buy the software from the official website so that the software developer company can help you completely!

16. Financial & Damage Disclaimer

We provide online computer education training and courses. These online courses take long time to learn and It is not possible to get 100% result from any online courses.

Gyanbook Digital Services does not recommend any student to buy any products or courses by taking loan. Students should buy and learn the course on their own responsibility, Gyanbook Digital Services is not responsible for any kind of financial loss or mental stress.

Gyanbook Digital Services is not responsible for any damage to any computer system, electronic products, files, softwares etc. Please use all of these at his own risk as electric machines can get damaged at any time, which will be the responsibility of the student/customer.

17. Certificate Conditions / Policy

If the misused of our certified certificates , the student will be removed from the course. Do not get the certificate in the name of any person with wrong ID or different name otherwise we will declare the certificate invalid and student will not be able to verify the certificate.

Gyanbook Pro Certificate – You can get this certificate after completing the course. This is an auto generated certificate, you will get the certificate in Gyanbook app and you can download certificate easily.

Gyanbook Pro Plus Certificate – This is an iso certified valid certificate of Gyanbook Digital Services so that you can apply for job in any company in India. This certificate has more recognition and to get this certificate you have to clear the live exam After paying the exam fee you can apply for the certificate. exam fee is Rs. 3499 only.

Our premium course is of 6 months, you can not get certificate before that, after completion of course, students have to clear live test and you have to submit portfolio to us at work@gyanbookapp.in and apply for certificate – apply

18. Course Changes Conditions

If you want to upgrade course then you have to pay full fee and you have to buy new course from Gyanbook Learning App Store, previously purchased course will be automatically removed. Support and certificates will be renewed after purchasing a new course.

Gyanbook Digital Services reserves the right to change the course name, description, material, support and validity of the course. If the support and validity of any course is changed, then the customer / student will be informed through a message in the chat option of the Gyanbook Learning App before 7 days.

19. Coupon Code/ Fraudulent / Cheating 

20. Student Name Changes Request

Students looking to change the name that appears on their Gyanbook Learning App Online record must complete the Official Name Change Request. To change the name, send us an email from the registered email address, which should contain your new full name, mobile number

Preferred name changes do not require documentation and will only update a student’s name within their course(s) and communication with Gyanbook Lerning App Online.

21.  Subscription & Chat Support Conditions

Important Conditions – 

• Calls are not allowed in Basic and Standard plans, so students can’t call Whatsapp and helpline number.
• Anydesk support is provided only on VIP plan and this support will be available 3 times! anydesk support will be provided by the gyanbook learning app team on schedule.
• Student can read the response time of our support plan, reply time is 4 hours in Basic plan, 2 hours in Standard plan and 30 minutes in Premium plan. So don’t waste the time of support team by messaging again and again.
• sometimes for some reason it can take more than 24 hours to reply or solve the problem. (Reasons: network issue, server down, under maintenance, holidays etc)

• If we think that you are wasting time by asking the same question again and again, then in that case you will be stopped replying for 48 hours.

• In VIP plan, call request can be made 3 times by messaging on WhatsApp! It may take up to 24 hours to call the student.

• Helpline number calling is not allowed, for doing so the student will be removed from the course. Section 11 of the term and condition will apply.
• WhatsApp chat will be disabled when premium subscription expires.
• Money will not be refunded after purchasing our premium subscription.

• If you misbehave then your WhatsApp support will be deactivated for lifetime, and you will be removed from the course with immediate effect and your Gyanbook app account will also be suspended.

• Forcibly asking for support or pressurizing for help, to threaten etc. by calling the helpline number! In such a situation, the student will be removed from the course with immediate effect for violating the support policy. And the money will also not be refunded.

• Legal action will be taken against you for defaming us or causing harm in any way.
• For VIP Plan Anydesk support is applicable only for software installation, software error correction and basic classes (support upto 5 min). Course classes will not be available on anydesk.
• Anydesk’s support time will be counted in case of network problem. Because anydesk must have been connected by the team! 3 times anydesk support is available in the VIP plan, it cannot be increased.
• Gyanbook learning app will have rights to remove the students from the course if they not following the policy & conditions of our premium support plans.
