Incase of amount is deducted from your account but course is not updated then :
1. Contact us we will check if payment is received then we will update the course from backend
2. If payment is not received to us then you will have to wait bank will refund in your account in 2-7 days

Software is not a part of our agreement as software comes with many legal terms conditions & Regulations and it requires mandate License in order to use any professional software otherwise it comes under criminal act and it has huge penalties which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product on the Website.
For learning we will guide you how to download and install the Trial software (Inside the Course) further you need to manage the software by your own.

Yes, Gyanbook Learning App And Gyanbook Digital Services will provide a certificate of course completion which you can download from your profile or course certification section after completion of your course
With each enrolled course (If Required) Gyanbook Learning App provides some project & Exercise files for Personal & practice purpose only which you can download.
